Our Story

Director Laurie Raymond's passion for teaching and her love of every form of dance, shapes everything we do. At CCDC, dancers work hard, set goals and are able to feel proud of their progress. We also create a fun environment where students have the ability to discover their love of dance through movement. We also believe in the power of watching dance and provide our dancers opportuities to experience live performances that inspire and inform their own artistry.

We're proud to be a non competitive studio that welcomes everyone, no matter their level. Our experienced teachers create a safe, encouraging environment where children are free to explore their own artistic voice and express real emotion through creative movement.

What We Offer

CCDC offers a full range of dance and movement classes for ages 3 to 18 from Creative Movers and Pre-Ballet for our youngest dancers, though to all levels of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Acro and Musical Theatre. For dancers ready to train further, our Intensive and Pre-Professional dance programs offer a path toward more dedicated and focused training. We keep our classes affordable and welcoming creating a close knit dance community. We believe every child deserves the chance to discover a lifelong love of dance and can’t wait to welcome you to the CCDC family.
