Terms and Policies for Creative Childrens Dance Centre

Fee Schedule:
Classes are offered on a 10 month term, from September through June. New registrations are accepted throughout the fall and winter, based on class availability.

Fees made be paid in full or in two installments, with the second payment due by post-dated cheque for January 1st 2008.

Payments can be made by cheques payable to Creative Children's Dance Centre or by cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. If the installment option is chosen, post-dated cheque must be given at time of registration.

Discounts:
The registration fee will be waived for enrollments who pay for the full year in one installment.

Missed/cancelled Classes
Missed classes will be made up by arrangement with the creative director or teacher where appropriate classes are available. Cancelled classes will be added on at the end of the term.

All dancers will be asked to sign a one time waiver form before participating in any classes.
